We currently ship to the United Kingdom (UK) and Italy and France. We're actively working on expanding our shipping services to more countries in the near future.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please check with your local courier or neighbors. If you still can't locate it, contact us at support@purevitam.com.
Please be aware that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they’ve been marked as delivered.
Future International Shipping
We currently ship to the UK and Italy only, but we plan to offer international shipping to more countries soon. Stay tuned for updates.
