Returns & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, including:

✔ Collar flea treatments – Must be unused, sealed, and in the original packaging to be eligible for return.
✔ Vitamins & supplements – Must be unopened, with the safety seal intact for hygiene and safety reasons.

General Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
  • Exchanges are available for eligible products.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us – Email support@purevitam.com or use our contact form with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Instructions – We will provide the return address and further shipping details.
  3. Ship the Product – A free return label is included in your package for easy returns.
  4. Refund Processing – Once we receive your return, refunds will be processed within 7 days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will provide:

✔ A replacement at no extra cost OR
✔ A full refund if a replacement is not available.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Collar flea treatments that have been opened or used due to hygiene and safety concerns.
  • Vitamins & supplements with a broken safety seal or that have been partially used.
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery.
